about our tropic seas spa
You'll love soaking in our Tropic Seas Spa. Our spa is emptied, sanitized and refilled in between each guest for guest safety and comfort!
To prevent the pump motor from disrupting your relaxing stay, we have programmed it to run twice a day; from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (noon) and from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. This allows the water to be adequately filtered and the temperature to stay fairly regulated, but also helps provide a relaxing environment for most of the day. If the motor is running outside of these designated hours, please scroll down for our troubleshooting video, or contact us for assistance.
The motor will also run while the spa is in use and the jets are on.
Please do not unplug or reprogram the spa without permission from your hosts as improper use can lead to costly repairs. If you have questions about the programming, please reach out to us and we are happy to help!
